A young friend at RiverTree recommended I read The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. Over the years I’ve come to trust the recommendations from this young avid reader and I’m certainly glad I did with Hunger Games.
Collins’ recent release is catching fire in the young adult genre. A story set in the future that is full of romance, adventure and intrigue. I hated that this one came to an end. Pick it up . . . just for fun.
Did you read the follow up, “Catching Fire?” I read them back to back and am now waiting for the third book, “Mockingjay,” to come out this fall.
